Sabbatical Leave Information for Faculty

The sabbatical leave form may be downloaded from the secured website for department chairs on the College of Liberal Arts website.  Faculty members may obtain the form from the department chair.  The deadline for submission to the Office of the Dean is November 1 of each year.
