Right From the Start: Research and Evaluation Concerning Disparities in Preterm Births

This project entails conducting secondary data analysis and preparation of “population briefs” concerning preterm births and socioeconomic and racial disparities in birth outcomes. The reports are used in participatory training workshops with health and social service providers as well as college students and community leaders, and the effectiveness of these and other learning tools will be evaluated.
