    Southern Studies event to celebrate Ted Ownby's retirement

    3:00 amBarnard Observatory

    On June 11, we're having an event to celebrate Ted Ownby's retirement.  At 3:00 that day he's giving a lecture from his forthcoming book in Barnard Observatory.  At 4:00, we'll begin a picnic in front of the building that will continue until the Summer Sunset Series at 6:00 which will feature a showcase of musical SST alums.  Everyone is invited!
