Croft Institute for International Studies is hosting a lecture on Islamic Law in the West on Tuesday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m. in Croft 107. The featured speaker is Adil H. Khan, assistant professor at Loyola University. Dr. Khan’s interests include construction of authority in Islam, Islam’s intellectual tradition, including aspects of Islamic theology, sectarian Islam, and what may be regarded as unconventional expressions of Islam.
